When the anger starts to boil,
it's about time to recoil,
have a look at yourself in stillness,
instead of acting out some illness.
First, you might think it's in vain,
because there's still this massive pain,
that tortures you night and day,
and doesn't want to go away.
The pain tells us a story,
it shows us one worry
and another and another one
until one day they're all gone.
Don't hold on, learn to let go,
step from drowning into the flow.
